Former Houston-area XC star Cali Werner talks about how her mental health journey became her career

Cali Werner is one of the most decorated long distance runners to come of out of Greater Houston area in the VYPE-era. The Willis High star was a VYPE Covergirl back in the day, before taking Rice University track by storm. She knew something was a little off and finally looked into her mental health. That choice changed her life on and off the running paths. VYPE's Matt Malatesta caught up with Werner about her career in mental health and how it affects athletes.
